Fresh or Dried Fruits of all kinds

Large Vegetable Salad (with one protein)
The patient may eat as much as he desires without feeling distressed since he does not use bread. Forever Bee Pollen additionally comprises nutritional vitamins D, E, K, and Beta Carotene (vitamin A), plus quite a few minerals, enzymes and coenzymes, plant-supply fatty acids, carbohydrates, proteins, and 22 amino acids – including all eight “important” amino acids that the physique can not manufacture for itself. Probably one of the greatest causes of constipation is the free use of baker’s bread, even though it is of whole wheat flour, for the modern baker’s bread is spongy and so clogs the digestive tract. It can be rolled into a lump and bounced like a ball. Homemade bread does not have such a marked effect in this direction as it is in texture a grainy, or crumbly substance which is more easily penetrated by the digestive juices. No bread is used until bowel elimination becomes normal. The continued use of the wheat germ is an advantage. One hour before dinner and supper a glass of raw vegetable juice or fruit juice taken cold, will act as a laxative and increase the alkalinity.
Eating habits
One more caution is added: Do not take one mouthful between meals, and do not eat if not hungry; wait until the next mealtime. If you are hungry between meals, drink a glass of water to allay the feeling, or take a glass of raw vegetable or fruit juice.
Neither should we become anxious about the temporary omission of bread, for the starch of the root vegetables is much more easily digested than that of the cereals.
